Mario Lopez Tied the Knot to Baby Mama Courtney Mazza

Mario Lopez made it official with his baby mama and girlfriend of four years, Courtney Mazza, on Saturday, December 1 afternoon. The couple got married before friends and family at the vacation home of pal Joe Francis in Punta Mita, Mexico with sunset beach view as the background.

The traditional ceremony was officiated by a Catholic priest and witnessed by more than 150 guests. The couple exchanged vows, which they wrote themselves, under a gazebo. They went traditional by not seeing each other on the night before the wedding, "Extra" reported.

Spotted at the wedding were actor Will Ferrell and Lopez's best friend Eva Longoria who was also the bridesmaid. The bride and groom's 2-year-old daughter Gia served as a flower girl, wearing a matching dress with her mom. Mazza wore a gown designed by Ines di Santo.

The celebration was then held on the beach with the guests wearing all-white. The wedding cake, which was a multi-layered chocolate and red-velvet confection, came from "Cake Boss" star Buddy Valastro while the entertainment was provided by a Mariachi band.

The wedding will be televised for a two-hour special on TLC's "Mario & Courtney's Wedding Fiesta", airing December 8 at 8 P.M. ET/PT.

Lopez and Mazza met when they were both part of the Broadway cast of "Chicago" and started dating in 2008. They announced their engagement in January after he proposed to her during New Year's Eve holiday in Ixtapa, Mexico. He was previously married to actress Ali Landry but the marriage only lasted two weeks.

Kim Kardashian's Bahrain Visit Met With Protests From Hardline Muslims

Kim Kardashian's visit to Bahrain to launch a new outlet for her Millions of Milkshakes franchise met riots. On Saturday, December 1, police threw tear gas and stun grenades to break off about 100 hardline Islamic protesters who were not pleased with her presence in their country.

According to Bahrain's English language Gulf Daily News, Sunni Muslim MPs had presented a motion to parliament prior to her arrival, calling her "an actress with an extremely bad reputation". However, the motion gained no traction and was not put to a vote.

The demonstrators then gathered outside The Walk Bahrain, a mall in the capital Manama, where Kardashian was to launch the store later that day. They held signs in Arabic and chanted "God is great". One banner stated, "Syria receives martyrs while Bahrain receives whores." Police cleared them out before Kardashian went to the mall.

Despite the denouncement, Kardashian appeared to enjoy her visit to Bahrain. She was quoted by a local newspaper as saying at the launching, "People from the States should come here because the country and the people are so amazing and welcoming that I am planning to be back here on my vacation." She also tweeted, "Thanks Sheikh Khalifa for your amazing hospitality. I'm in love with The Kingdom of Bahrain."

Kardashian also opened another branch of milkshake store in Kuwait earlier this week. She found time to meet U.S. Ambassador to Kuwait Matthew Tueller on Wednesday before flying to Bahrain. After that she flew to Germany.

Alicia Keys Sets Black Ball Redux Date on December 6

Not even a super hurricane can stop singer Alicia Keys from bringing hope this year to a lot of deserving children. The "Girl on Fire" artist and proud mom announced on Wednesday, November 27 that her Black Ball REDUX gala, originally planned for November 1, would now take place on December 6 at Harlem's Apollo Theater. Superstorm Sandy hit New York early this month causing the event's rescheduling.

Black Ball is part of Key's Keep a Child Alive charity organization and is an annual music fundraising event that brings entertainment and philanthropy together to raise funds for HIV/AIDS infected children in Africa and India. This year's gala night will honor two highly respectable women namely media queen Oprah Winfrey and singer/activist Angelique Kidjo for their philanthropic contributions in Africa and worldwide.

For the December date, the ball will also put together amazing performances from blues singer Bonnie Raitt, actress and recording artists Jennifer Hudson, and Alabama Shakes' Brittany Howard. Female comic and TV personality Whoopi Goldberg will take the hosting role for that evening.

"In Africa and India where Keep a Child Alive works, HIV is a disaster that's tearing families apart every day. And while it would be easier to turn away right now, with all that has happened in my hometown, it would be disastrous for the children who count on us for survival. So for them, we're going to turn it up - and turn it out at the Black Ball REDux!" said Keys in the announcement.

Kim Kardashian is the most popular person in 2012, according to Bing. The famous search engine declared on Tuesday, November 27 that the socialite tops its list of Most-Searched People this year. Back in 2010, she nabbed the same title.

Coming in the second place is Justin Bieber. The Canadian pop singer snatched the first place in 2011 and trumped Kim, who slipped down to number two that year.

The other top-ten most-searched artists in respective orders are Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Lindsay Lohan, Katy Perry, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Aniston, Nicki Minaj, and Taylor Swift. Among the listed names, RiRi, Selena, Nicki, and Taylor are newcomers.

Kim has been popular nowadays thanks to her reality TV shows, such as "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and "Kourtney and Kim Take New York". The girlfriend of Kanye West will make her debut in movie industry through "The Marriage Counselor", in which she is set to star as Ava. The film will be released on March 29, 2013 in the U.S.
"Boy Meets World" sequel is officially in the works. Following reports about the potential sequel titled "Girl Meets World", Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel have confirmed that they will indeed join the upcoming show.

"I'm going to be a father! Well, on TV at least," Savage tweeted on Monday, November 26. The actor who will reprise his role as Cory Matthews added, "The 'Boy Meets World' sequel is officially happening."

Fishel, meanwhile, posted a long statement on her Tumblr page to announce her involvement in the Disney Channel project. "You, yes, even YOU, are the reason that Girl Meets World WILL BE MADE," wrote the actress who will return as Topanga Lawrence.

Gushing about the new show, she added, "GMW is a new show. It isn't BMW brought back to life but in current day." She went on hinting that there would be more familiar faces returning to "Girl Meets World", saying, "It will have familiar faces, familiar themes, and familiar messages. It will also have new faces, new themes, and new messages."

William Russ, who played Cory's father Alan, was equally excited as stating, "I'm very excited for Disney and [creator] Michael Jacobs. They are a great team and will produce an exceptional show, I have no doubt." Another alum, Anthony Tyler Quinn who portrayed Mr. Turner, chimed in, "I'm really excited ['Girls Meets World] is getting so much buzz."

In the "Boy Meets World" sequel, Cory and Topanga are happily married and have a 13-year-old daughter named Riley Matthews. The show will tell the story from Riley's point of view, with casting still underway for the role.

"Boy Meets World" originally ran from 1993 to 2000 on ABC.

Gabriel Aubry Calls Halle Berry His 'Ex-Wife' in Court Documents

Gabriel Aubry sparked rumors that he's secretly married to Halle Berry. Extra noted the French-Canadian model referred to the Bond girl in "Die Another Day" as his "ex-wife" in legal filings to seek restraining order against her current fiance Olivier Martinez on Monday, November 26.

Gabriel filed the request for protective order after he was involved in a dramatic Thanksgiving brawl with Olivier when dropping off his daughter with Halle, Nahla, in her home. "Respondent is the fiance of my ex-wife, Halle Berry," so he stated in the court documents.

The 37-year-old model also tried to overturn an order banning him from seeing Nahla, but he failed. The protective order issued immediately after the fight will expire on Thursday. It initially ran until December 3, but there's a clerical error that made it valid only for two more days.

Gabriel is set to appear in court on December 13 after he was taken into custody on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. He was released from jail after posting $20,000 bail. Contrary to Olivier's testimony, he insisted he's not the one who started the fistfight.

The Montreal-born model claimed the 46-year-old actor ambushed him when he walked to his car to close his door. "Mr. Martinez jumped on me on the side of my body, and punched me such that he had taken me down to the ground," he claimed.

"He continued to punch me at least two or three times, kicked me in the ribs with his knee or foot, and took my head in his hands and slammed it to the concrete driveway. It all happened so suddenly, I did not see Mr. Martinez's actions coming, and thus, I was not ready for it and was not able to defend myself."

According to Gabriel's testimony, Olivier was angry with the way things turned out in the custody battle between Gabriel and Halle. "While he was attacking me physically, Mr. Martinez said to me in an aggressive and threatening voice, 'You cost us $3 million'," he claimed.

A judge has denied Halle's request to move to France with Nahla unless Gabriel moves there too. Gabriel remembered Olivier's threat, "When you see the judge, you're going to tell him you're going to Paris or I'm going to kill you. You're going to Paris, you're going to get your 20 grand a month in child support. From now on you're going to do drop-offs on the street.' "

He also described his alleged encounter with Olivier a day before the altercation when he took Nahla to her school play. "Martinez, who seemed very angry and agitated, suddenly started speaking to me in French, and spouted off things such as, 'I wish I could beat the s**t out of you right now. You're lucky we're in a school right now,' " he said.

Gabriel was taken into custody on suspicion of misdemeanor battery after the scuffle. He was released from jail after posting $20,000 bail, and is set to appear in court on December 13. Between him and Olivier, he came off worse for wear, sporting a badly-bruised black eye and other injuries.

Meanwhile, Olivier had a swollen hand and bruised neck. He was treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for his injuries moments after Gabriel was taken to the hospital by authorities. He was seen returning back to the hospital on Monday to get his hand checked out once again and spotted sporting a new hand brace on Tuesday.

Gabriel demanded that police looked at the footage captured by the three surveillance cameras in the driveway of Halle's house "before she and Mr. Martinez deleted them." It's unclear whether such tape exists or not, but his source claimed "apparently the cameras were repositioned so it's not on tape."

Gabriel and Halle started dating in 2005. She gave birth to Nahla in 2008 and broke up with him in 2010. Since splitting, they have been at odd with each other over the custody battle of their daughter.

After Gabriel's fight with Olivier, the three of them reportedly became subjects of investigation by L.A. County Department of Child Protective Services because Nahla was present when the altercation occurred. The little girl was rushed to the house by her mom when the two men started the fight.

The announcement was made by Universal Music Group on Monday, November 26 and Barnett is expected to begin his work as chairman and CEO at Capitol's Hollywood tower a week from now.

The much-anticipated change of companies will see the music chief overseeing Capitol's big labels including Virgin Records, Harvest, Astralwerks, Blue Note, Capitol Christian Music Group, and Caroline. He will also handle the world-famous Capitol Studios.

Some famous acts signed under Capitol are Katy Perry, Norah Jones, 30 Seconds to Mars, Amos Lee, The Decemberists, Ryan Adams and some pretty awesome catalogs of veterans including The Beach Boys, Van Morrison, and of course The Beatles.

Barnett's seven-year stint with Columbia Records saw him handling major releases and successful campaigns for some of music's most important acts such as Adele, Beyonce Knowles, John Mayer, Maxwell, One Direction, J. Cole, AC/DC, Foster the People, and Susan Boyle.

Rumors of Barnett's transfer from Columbia have been spreading since early October and UMG's chairman and CEO, Lucian Grainge, finally settled everything about the matter. In a statement, Grainge said, "As we begin to invest in and revitalize EMI globally, the Capitol Music Group, including Virgin, will play a central role in our creative and commercial initiatives."

"And there is no one better to spearhead this than Steve. His entrepreneurial approach and intuitive ability to build, strengthen and transform artists into powerful global brands has resulted in remarkable success. I'm confident that under his leadership, a new and reinvigorated Capitol will provide the kind of environment needed for artists to develop, resulting in more opportunity than ever before."

Report: Ashlee Simpson Breaks Up With Vincent Piazza

Rumor has it, Ashlee Simpson called it quits with Vincent Piazza after dating for about a year. The "Bat for a Heart" singer and the "Boardwalk Empire" actor ended their relationship because they have busy schedules, which kept them apart.

"Vincent has been working a lot, so he hasn't been able to spend as much time with Ashlee, which has caused some problems," a source told Page Six of New York Post. "It was a mutual agreement to split, but things have been bumpy for a little while, so perhaps they might reconcile."

Ashlee began dating Vincent in June 2011. At the time, the couple was spotted kissing in public. "I'm a real low profile guy. So a date night for me is kind of curled up at home and watching something... have a nice glass of wine, a nice meal, and we're all set," Vincent once said.

The little sister of Jessica Simpson was previously married to Pete Wentz. They walked down the aisle in May 2008, before she filed for divorce from the Fall Out Boy member in February 2011. From the marriage, they have a child named Bronx Mowgli.

Ashlee is currently busy preparing the release of her fourth album. On Wednesday, November 28, Ashlee will release a video of her newest single, "Bat for a Heart", which is featured as one of the songs in the upcoming set. The song is about a relationship which turns sour. It reveals the dark side of the "La La" songstress and represents the more grown up blonde beauty.

Lady GaGa Praises Lindsay Lohan's 'Liz and Dick' Performance Amidst Negative Reviews

Lindsay Lohan has gotten support from Lady GaGa after "Liz & Dick" earned negative reviews. While many critics slammed the Elizabeth Taylor telepic, the outlandish singer praised the actress' performance in the TV movie.

"@lindsaylohan you did a beautiful job on Liz & Dick," so the "You and I" singer tweeted on Monday, November 26. "Let no one bring u down, Liz didnt, they always try to knock the greats down a few pegs."

Lohan took to her own Twitter page to thank GaGa for her supportive words, writing, "@ladygaga thank you so much! You are such an incredible force and that means the world to me :) love & hugs xo hope to see you soon bella."

Chronicling the enduring love of movie icons Elizabeth Taylor (Lohan) and Richard Burton (Grant Bowler), "Liz & Dick" received generally negative reviews from contemporary film critics. Some celebrities also weighed in on the biopic.

"Lindsay Lohan had a better British accent in the parent trap and that is not a joke," model Chrissy Teigen tweeted. Singer Josh Groban commented, "OMG during half time I switched to 5 minutes of #LizAndDick and it's so awkwardly made, I feel embarrassed in my no-no place."

The TV movie posted an average of 3.5 million viewers and 1.3 million adults in the 18-49 demographic when it premiered Sunday, November 25. Though it's the fourth biggest audience for a movie airing on the channel, the ratings were lower than expected given the amount of press coverage the film received.

Dolly Parton Denies Lesbian Rumor and Romantic Relationship With Best Friend Judy Ogle

Dolly Parton denied that she is a lesbian when she was recently interviewed on "Nightline". Clarifying the rumor that she has a romantic relationship with best pal Judy Ogle, she explained, "Judy and I have been best friends since we were like in the third and fourth grade."

"We still just have a great friendship and relationship and I love her as much as I love anybody in the whole world, but we're not romantically involved," Dolly stated. She then compared her relationship with Judy to Oprah Winfrey's relationship with Gayle King, saying, "Like Gayle. Her friend, Judy, my friend, they just think that you can't be that close to somebody."

The singer, who first popularized "I Will Always Love You", has been rumored to be a lesbian for years. The rumor was sparked by one of her statements in 2007. Back then, she said, "When I have sex with my husband these days, I fantasize I am with someone like Keith Urban or a petite, hot young woman."

Despite the gay rumor, she has actually been married to Carl Dean for 46 years. She is also supportive toward gay community. In the interview with "Nightline", she revealed that Ku Klux Klan launched threats toward her after she showed her support to LGBT rights and decided to host "Gay Day" at Dollywood, her theme park in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

The "Coat of Many Colors" singer said, "When it first started there were people giving us threats, I still get threats." She went on, "But like I said, I'm in business. I just don't feel like I have to explain myself. I love everybody."

Anna Nicole Smith's Daughter Dannielynn Birkhead Models for Guess

Anna Nicole Smith's daughter follows up the footsteps of her late mother. Twenty years after her mom was named the face of the top brand in 1992, Dannielynn Birkhead strikes cute poses for the Guess Kids spring 2013 campaign.

The photoshoot took place in Malibu. "Dannielynn has the same playful spirit that her mother had on set," gushes Guess' creative director Paul Marciano about the 6-year-old adorable little girl. "She is a second-generation GUESS girl."

It marks Dannielynn's modeling debut and the first time ever Guess taps the child of a former model to appear in the brand's campaign. She, however, is not the first celebrity child to enter showbiz world like their parents do. She joins the likes of Alessandra Ambrosio's little girl Anja, Cindy Crawford's daughter Kaia, and Jennifer Lopez's twins Max and Emme.

Lenny Kravitz to Star as Motown Legend Marvin Gaye in a Biopic

After playing fashion expert Chinna in "The Hunger Games", Lenny Kravitz is set to portray a real life figure in his next film. The rocker-turned-actor has officially been cast as Motown legend Marvin Gaye in a biopic to be directed by Julien Temple, Deadline reports.

The film reportedly will be titled "Midnight Love", and it marks Lenny's first lead role as an actor. The movie is expected to kick off shooting in 2013. The story, meanwhile, will focus on Gaye as he spent his time in Europe in early 1980s.

At the time, the soul singer attempted to get his addictions under control and career back on track with the help of British music promoter Freddy Cousaert. The Washington-born musician died on April 1, 1984 after getting shot by his own father in Los Angeles.

Lenny Kravitz was seen tackling supporting characters in Lee Daniels' awards-winning "Precious: Based on the Novel PUSH by Sapphire" and Gary Ross' first "Hunger Games" film. He will reprise his role as Chinna in the sequel "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" and will also reunite with Daniels in White House drama "The Butler".

Director Julien Temple, meanwhile, is best known as a video and documentary maker. He previously directed "Absolute Beginners" and recently helmed the documentary for London Olympics, "London: Modern Babylon".

Halle Berry's Ex Gabriel Aubry Claims Olivier Martinez Threatened to Kill Him

Halle Berry's former beau Gabriel Aubry told his side of story of the dramatic Thanksgiving brawl with her fiance Olivier Martinez. Contrary to what Olivier said to the cops after the fight on November 22, 36-year-old Gabriel claimed he was not the initiator and accused his love rival of threatening to kill him in the melee.
In court filings on

Monday, Gabriel sought restraining order against Olivier. The French model said Olivier approached him and said, "We need to talk," when he showed up on Halle's doorstep to drop off his daughter with the actress, 4-year-old Nahla. He was allegedly knocked to the ground by Olivier when he walked toward his car to close his door.

Gabriel said Olivier yelled at him that he cost them $3 million in the custody battle where Halle failed to convince the judge to let her move to France with her little girl. The "Dark Tide" actor then reportedly told him in a threatening manner that they would move to France with Nahla and he had better moved there too if he knew what's good for him.

According to Gabriel, 46-year-old Olivier then said, "We called the cops," before adding, "You're going to tell them that you're the one who attacked me, or I'm going to kill you." The baby daddy attached a picture of his battered, black-eyed face taken after the fight in the filings. He was granted restraining order against Olivier.

One day before the scuffle, the three of them were spotted in a pre-Thanksgiving party in El Lay with Nahla. Gabriel declared Olivier had already threatened him. "I wish I could beat the s**t out of you right now. You're lucky we're in a school right now. We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us," Olivier reportedly told him that day when he took his daughter to her school play.

Gabriel is set to appear in court on December 13 after he was taken into custody on suspicion of misdemeanor battery. He was released from jail after posting $20,000 bail. In the meantime, he's ordered to stay 100 yards away from Olivier, Halle and Nahla. The protective order expires Tuesday, but Halle is reportedly asking judge to prolong it.

A Gabriel source told New York Daily News, "Not only was Gabriel not the aggressor, he was an innocent bystander. He was cold cocked out of nowhere." The insider added, "He wanted the (security) video. Apparently the cameras were repositioned so it's not on tape. That's a sign when someone's innocent. He was begging to get the tape."

Nahla reportedly was present when the fight that happened in the driveway started. After contacted by police, the social workers at the L.A. County Department of Child Protective Services are now allegedly seeking to interview Gabriel, Olivier and Halle about what happened to "ensure that Nahla's environment is safe."

A different source spilled to Radar Online, "Nahla wasn't actually involved in the melee, and by all accounts, Halle whisked her out of the driveway as soon as the fight between Olivier and Gabe started. However, DCFS was contacted because there has been a history of allegations of physical abuse."

While Gabriel suffered a broken rib and bruised face in the fracas, Olivier may have broken his hand and injured his neck. Both were treated for their injuries at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after the fight. On Monday, Olivier was seen returning back to the hospital to get his hand checked out once again.

The Libertines' Pete Doherty Admits Secret Romance With Amy Winehouse

Pete Doherty couldn't hold back his tears when he acknowledged his romance with Amy Winehouse. The former co-frontman of disbanded rock band The Libertines wept as he confessed to Daily Mail, "This is difficult for me to admit. But yes it's true. Amy and I were lovers."

The vocalist of the band looked uncomfortable while disclosing his past. "I loved her then and, well, I still do today," he revealed. Recalling the last moments of their relationship, the "For Lovers" singer said, "But towards the end, as only lovers can, she became quite mean and cruel to me. She didn't suffer fools... and believe me, she had a mean right look."

The ex-boyfriend of Kate Moss then opened up about Amy's unhealthy eating habit, saying, "She was physically small and increasingly frail and I never once saw her eat anything solid, just milkshakes."

He then added, "I've written a song about Amy for my new album, called 'Flags From the Old Regime'." The 33-year-old rocker explained about the new song, "I've never done a song like it... It's very slow and melodic. I've also got lots of lovely video footage of me and her just being together. But I haven't been able to watch it yet."

Back in July 2008, Pete denied that he dated Amy. To Rolling Stone, he said, "We're just good friends." Amy passed away on July 23, 2011 because of alcohol intoxication after being addicted to alcohol since 2008. Just like Pete, she had a reputation as a drug abuser.

Pete once was in a serious relationship with Kate and announced her as his fiance on April 11, 2007, but they broke up in July the same year. He was then briefly engaged to model Irina Lazareanu. He was also romantically linked to singer Lisa Moorish and model Lindi Hingston.

The "Last of English Roses" singer also admitted that recently he got a call from Kate who asked him whether he had stopped consuming drugs or not. He opened up, "I got a call from Kate a couple of weeks ago, which came as a surprise as we haven't exchanged a word since it ended. And believe me, it ended nastily."

Boxing Champion Hector Camacho Declared Brain Dead

Hector Camacho almost has no hope at all to recover after he was shot in the face by two assailants. Rio Piedras Medical Center director, Dr. Ernesto Torres, has announced that the Puerto Rican professional boxer who called himself Macho Camacho is brain dead.

"We have done everything we could," said Dr. Ernesto on Thursday, November 22. "We have to tell people of Puerto Rico and the entire world that Macho Camacho has died; he is brain dead." Thus, doctors won't do medical tests anymore on the 50-year-old boxer.

The family of the lightweight former champion will make a decision on Friday, November 23, whether to remove his life support or not. The decision will be taken once Hector's son arrives from New York. Hector's father has uttered his wish to donate his son's organs but he also asked Centro Medico Hospital not to take off an artificial respirator, which supports his life.

On Tuesday, November 20, the boxer, who was known for his quickness on boxing rings, was sitting with his childhood pal, Alberto Yamil Mojica, in a Ford Mustang parked outside a bar in a suburban town west of San Juan capital, when two persons shot them.

Alberto passed away instantly. Meanwhile, Hector was critical after the bullet hit his jaw, passing through his head and fractured two vertebrae before it got into his right shoulder. The boxing champion was then rushed into hospital. His condition was deteriorated and his prognosis was very poor. On Wednesday, November 21, however, his brain still showed some irregular and intermittent activities.

Elmo Voiced by Kevin Clash at Macy's Thanksgiving Parade Despite Plan of New Puppeteer

This year's Macy's Thanksgiving Parade was crowded by a number of stars as always, but their performances and appearances seemed to be overshadowed by the presence of Elmo. The fact that the "Sesame Street" puppet was voiced by Kevin Clash who's hit with underage-sex allegations fueled the buzz.

A rep for Macy's previously promised to have an alternate puppeteer to bring the red furry monster to life. "Current events have no bearing on Sesame's participation in the Parade and we are confident their world-renowned, family-friendly entertainment and educational programming will continue to bring kids and families joy for decades," the rep said.

In a twist of events, Elmo with a pre-recorded voice by Kevin catered the family-oriented crowd with a song titled "What Am I". The lyrics of the song actually fitted the spirit of the family holiday, but they seemed to take on a new meaning in the wake of the allegation that the voice actor had unlawful sex with two underage boys.

"I'm gonna keep my head up high / Keep on reaching high / Never gonna quit / Just keep getting stronger," Elmo sang in his signature voice along with fellow puppet Big Bird. Parading on the streets of New York on "Sesame Street" float, the red furry monster then delivered his solo line, emphasizing that "nothing's gonna bring us down."

Kevin resigned from his role as the voice of Elmo after he was hit with a second underage-sex lawsuit filed by 24-year-old Cecil Singleton. The puppeteer had previously settled a similar allegation made by Sheldon Stephens. The first accuser, now in his 20s, claimed he had sex with Kevin starting when he was 16, while the second guy, now 24, confessed he was engaged in sexual behavior with the actor when he was 15.

Gabriel Aubry Arrested After Having a Fight With Olivier Martinez at Halle Berry's Home

The tension between Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry seemed to thicken by day amid custody battle of their 4-year-old daughter Nahla. It culminated in a brawl between Gabriel and her fiance Olivier Martinez that led to the former being arrested by police.

The scuffle happened on Thanksgiving morning, November 22 when Gabriel came to Halle's house in California to drop off Nahla. TMZ reported the 36-year-old French-Canadian model flipped out when Olivier approached him and said to him, "We have to move on."

An angry Gabriel reportedly pushed Olivier and tried to punch him in the face, but only managed to hit him in the shoulder when the 46-year-old French actor blocked his punch. The fight ended with Gabriel being pinned to the ground by Olivier and cops being called to the scene.

"There was an incident at Halle Berry's residence earlier today. There was an altercation, and as a result, a party was injured and transported to Cedars Sinai Medical Center," Sgt. Mike Odle of the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed the fracas to the New York Daily News.

Gabriel was taken to the hospital by authorities for a broken rib, contusions to the face and a possible head injury, while Olivier who may have a broken hand and neck injuries was treated in the same hospital emergency room an hour later of his own accord.

Olivier made a citizen's arrest for battery against Gabriel. Following the physical altercation on Thursday, a judge issued an emergency restraining order against the baby daddy, making him to stay 100 yards away from the former Bond girl, Olivier, and little Nahla.

In their custody battle, a judge was in favor of Gabriel in a recent hearing. The judge prevented Halle from moving to Paris with Nahla and Olivier, reasoning that the distance could harm the close relationship between the father and daughter.

Just Wednesday, a day before the brawl, Halle, Olivier and Nahla were seen attending a pre-Thanskgiving party in Los Angeles. Gabriel was spotted in the same party as well.
