Harry Potter actor Rupert Grint is set to join in the Olympic celebrations by carrying the torch through Barnet on July 25.
The star will join athlete Daley Thompson, Olympic badminton silver medallist Nathan Robertson and 1966 World Cup winning goalkeeper Gordon Banks as the torch passes past Wembley Arena, Middlesex University and Barnet.
The actor is best known for his role in the hit 'Harry Potter' movies, in which he plays Harry's best friend and fellow wizard Ron Weasley.
After Grint's stint the torch will pass by St Paul's Cathedral, the Millennium Bridge, Shakespeare's Globe theatre, Chelsea FC's Stamford Bridge ground, Trafalgar Square, Downing Street, Buckingham Palace and a party in Hyde Park, with fundraiser and comedian David Walliams amongst the torch bearers.
