Justin Bieber Visits with Cancer-Stricken Fan, Makes Dreams Come True

Justin Bieber was at it again over the weekend. Being awesome, that is.

Prior to a show in Milkwaukee yesterday, the musical superstar met backstage with Hailey Roser a four-year old with brain cancer whose hospital room is decorated in Bieber memorabilia and whose parents started a "Healing Hailey" campaign on Twitter and Facebook this summer in order to push for a meeting with their daughter's hero.

Roser, who is undergoing chemotherapy, was all smiles during the introduction while her mother later posted photos from the event and Tweeted: "Dreams come true #believe."

Thanks to Justin, many little children now do.

Earlier this year, Avalanna Routh - another toddler stricken with cancer with whom Bieber had developed a relationship - passed away.
